- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Meat
- 🥓 50g bacon, sliced
Vegetables
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Boil spaghetti in salted water for 9 minutes. Reserve the pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until lightly golden.
Add chopped onion and sliced bacon to the pan and cook until bacon is crispy.
Add the boiled spaghetti to the pan and toss with the ingredients.
Pour in 3 ladles of reserved pasta water and cook until the sauce thickens.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, parsley flakes, and grated Parmesan cheese.
