INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍞 4 slices bread
- 200g lettuce
- 🥓 200g bacon
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 🧀 2 slices cheese
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey mustard
- 1/2 tbsp honey
ÉTAPES
Prepare all the ingredients, including your choice of bread.
Mix all the sauce ingredients until smooth and well combined.
Slice the cucumber and sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and fry the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Cook the bacon in a dry pan for about 2 minutes until crispy.
Using the same pan, add 1 tbsp cooking oil and toast the bread slices until golden brown on both sides.
Spread the prepared sauce on one side of each bread slice.
Layer lettuce on top of the bread slices.
Add the cooked bacon slices on top of the lettuce.
Place the fried eggs on top of the bacon.
Pat dry the salted cucumber slices with a paper towel and add them to the sandwich.
Add the cheese slices on top of the cucumber.
Spread sauce on the other bread slice and place it on top to complete the sandwich.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
