- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a dash of sesame oil
- a sprinkle of sesame seeds
- a small amount of cooking oil
- 🧀 1 slice cheese
ÉTAPES
Beat 2 eggs thoroughly and set aside.
Prepare 1 bowl of cooked rice and mix with salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to season. Make the rice slightly salty for flavor.
Place plastic wrap on a cutting board.
Spread the seasoned rice evenly over the plastic wrap.
Place a slice of cheese, halved, on top of the rice.
Roll the rice into a log using the plastic wrap, and twist the ends to secure the shape.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and wipe off excess with a paper towel. Lay two slices of bacon with some space between them.
Pour the beaten eggs between the bacon slices.
Once the eggs are partially cooked, place the rice roll on top.
Lower the heat and roll the rice log with the eggs and bacon, cooking evenly until golden brown.
Let the roll cool slightly before slicing and serving.
