- 200g all-purpose flour
- 🍬 15g sugar
- 🧂 1g salt
- 4g baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 50g heavy cream
- 🧈 40g unsalted butter
Fillings
- 🧀 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 🥓 70g bacon
ÉTAPES
Mix all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
Dice the bacon and cheddar cheese into small pieces.
Cut cold butter into small pieces and mix into the dry ingredients until coated and crumbly.
Add the diced bacon and cheese to the mixture, then combine with heavy cream and egg to form a dough.
Wrap the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2cm.
Cut the dough into desired shapes and place them on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 17 minutes or until golden brown.
