- 🥕 1 carrot

Seasoning
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
Soy Sauce Mix
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A dash of ginger juice
ÉTAPES
Soak flying fish roe in a mix of 2 tbsp cooking wine and 1 tbsp lemon juice for 10 minutes to remove any fishy smell.
Rinse the roe in cold water and drain thoroughly.
Cook egg into a thin omelet, then finely chop.
Finely chop the carrot and sauté with a pinch of salt.
