- 1/2 radish, peeled and sliced
- 200-300g bean sprouts
- 2-3 green chilies, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
Seafood
- 2 handfuls dried pollack, soaked and trimmed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
ÉTAPES
Peel and slice the radish into large pieces, then boil in a pot until bubbling.
Wash the bean sprouts and soak the dried pollack briefly to remove any remaining bones. Cut the pollack into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green chilies and chop the green onion.
Add the dried pollack to the boiling radish and cook for 10-15 minutes. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
Add the bean sprouts, green onion, and green chilies to the pot.
Season the soup with salt and ginger wine, then simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Serve the soup hot. Enjoy the clean and refreshing broth.
