INGRÉDIENTS
- Wrapper - 10 dumpling wrappers
 
- Filling - 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 🌱 2 asparagus stalks (40g)
- 🌽 30g frozen corn
 
- Seasoning - 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
 
- Cooking Oil - Enough salad oil for frying
 
ÉTAPES
Drain the oil from the canned tuna thoroughly.
Peel the bottom third of the asparagus stalks and slice them diagonally into 1cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, asparagus, corn, and the seasoning ingredients (mayonnaise, salt, pepper).
Place the filling onto the dumpling wrappers, moisten the edges with water, and fold to seal.
Heat 1cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C and fry the dumplings until golden brown.
