    • 2–3 green onions
    • 1/2 red chili
  • Seasonings

    • 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp plum extract
    • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tsp fish sauce
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1/2 tbsp perilla oil
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds
    • Pinch of black pepper

Wash the minari thoroughly and soak it in water with a little vinegar for 10 minutes, then rinse under running water. Cut into appropriate sizes.

Slice the red chili in half, remove the seeds, and julienne. Cut the green onions into appropriate sizes.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients except perilla oil and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add the green onions and red chili.

Add the minari to the bowl and toss gently. Add perilla oil and sesame seeds, then lightly toss again.
