- 🍬 35g sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🧈 30g melted butter
ÉTAPES
Whisk the egg and sugar together in a bowl until well combined.
Add the milk to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
Sift the dry ingredients (flour, almond powder, baking powder) into the wet mixture and gently mix.
Add the melted butter to the batter and mix until smooth.
Heat a pan and pour the batter. When bubbles appear, sprinkle almond slices and flip to cook the other side.
