- 🐖 1 cup ground pork
- 🧅 1 cup chopped onion
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped green onion
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Chop the onion and green onion finely.
Heat a pan with sufficient oil and stir-fry the onion and green onion on high heat.
Add ground pork and minced garlic to the pan, breaking up the pork as it cooks.
Once the vegetables lose moisture and the pork releases its fat, add sugar and soy sauce. Stir-fry until golden brown.
Lower the heat and add gochujang. Stir-fry for about 10 minutes until fully combined.
