- 🥒 A small amount of chopped zucchini
- 🍄 A small amount of chopped mushroom
- A small amount of chopped bell pepper
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp plum extract
ÉTAPES
Prepare vegetables based on your child's preference and chop them finely.
Finely mince the beef or use pre-minced beef for convenience.
Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry the vegetables until soft. Add small amounts of water occasionally to prevent burning.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, and 1 tbsp plum extract to the pan and stir-fry.
When the sauce is slightly reduced, add the stir-fried vegetables and mix well. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
