Main Ingredients
- 🍖 400g pork loin
- 200g brown rice paper
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Lemon Sauce Ingredients
- 🍋 3/4 lemon
- 💧 400ml water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch water
ÉTAPES
Cut pork loin into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and cooking wine.
Soak rice paper and wrap each piece of pork.
Place the pork wraps in the air fryer, spray or drizzle olive oil, and cook at 180°C for 15 minutes. Flip and cook for another 15 minutes.
Slice 1/4 of the lemon and squeeze juice from the remaining 1/2 using a juicer.
In a saucepan, combine sliced lemon, lemon juice, water, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Bring to a boil and thicken with cornstarch water.
Serve the rice paper pork with the lemon sauce. Optionally, garnish with shredded green onions or salad greens.
