- 🍖 1 piece pork cutlet
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🌱 2 tbsp chopped green onion

Seasoning Ingredients
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- a pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Place the pork cutlet in the air fryer basket, spray with cooking oil, and cook at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes.
In a pan, combine the seasoning ingredients and sliced onion. Bring to a light boil, then add beaten eggs and cook until set.
Cut the cooked pork cutlet into bite-sized pieces.
Serve rice in a bowl, top with the egg mixture, pork cutlet pieces, and chopped green onion.
