- 1 block acorn jelly
- 5 leaves lettuce
- 3-5 leaves perilla leaf
- 🧅 Some onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 Some carrot, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash lettuce and lay it on a plate. Slice acorn jelly thickly and place it on top of the lettuce.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Thinly slice carrot, onion, and perilla leaves, then mix them into the seasoning. Add sesame seeds generously.
Pour the prepared seasoning over the acorn jelly and serve.
