SCHRITTE
Blanch the young cabbage in boiling water with 1 tbsp salt for 1-3 minutes, depending on its texture. If unsure, check by touch. Be careful as it's hot.
Rinse the blanched cabbage in cold water and squeeze out excess water thoroughly.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Prepare chopped green onion and minced garlic.
Mix the seasonings: soybean paste, sesame seeds, perilla oil, chili powder, green onion, and garlic. Adjust the soybean paste quantity gradually to taste.
