Wet Ingredients

- 2g vinegar
- 70g oligosaccharide
- 🥛 160g sweetened soy milk
- 50g vegetable oil
SCHRITTE
Mix vegetable oil, vinegar, soy milk, oligosaccharide, and sugar in a bowl until well combined.
Sift whole wheat flour, black sesame powder, baking soda, and almond powder into the wet mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
Pour the batter into muffin molds lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (347°F) for 25-30 minutes.
