- 🥔 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
Protein
- 🐟 150g canned tuna, drained
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Drain the canned tuna to remove excess oil.
Peel and slice the potatoes into 1cm thick rings. Soak in cold water for 5 minutes to remove starch.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, corn syrup, and black pepper in a bowl to make the sauce.
Layer the potatoes in a pot, add the tuna, pour the sauce over, add chopped green onion, and pour 1.5 cups of water.
Cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 12 minutes.
