    • 🐟 1 canned tuna
    • 10-15 perilla leaves
    • 🧈 1/4 block tofu
    • 🧅 1/4 onion
    • 🧅 Some white part of green onion
    • 🧄 Some minced garlic
    • 🥚 2 eggs
    • 🧂 A pinch of salt
    • A pinch of pepper
    • 🥚 2 eggs for coating
    • 🌾 Some flour

Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a sieve.

Wrap tofu in a cloth and squeeze out the moisture. Finely chop onion, green onion, and garlic.

Mash the tofu in a bowl, then add tuna and 2 eggs. Mix well.

Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and a few shakes of pepper.

Coat the inside of each perilla leaf with a thin layer of flour. Place a spoonful of the tuna mixture on one side of the leaf.

Fold the leaf in half to cover the filling.

Coat both sides of the folded leaf with a thin layer of flour.

Dip the coated leaf into beaten eggs.

Heat a pan with oil and cook the pancakes on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
