- 🐟 2 cans of tuna (100g each)
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 2 stalks of green onion
Seasoning Ingredients
- 10 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
SCHRITTE
Slice the green onion and onion finely.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and green onion over low heat.
Add the onion and cook until translucent.
Add tuna and seasoning ingredients, mix well with the heat off.
Add a small amount of water and stir-fry over low heat until well combined.
