ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna
 - 🥛 1/4 block tofu
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
 - 🥒 1/4 zucchini, diced
 - 300ml water
 
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp doenjang
 - 2 tbsp gochujang
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🍬 2-3 pinches sugar
 
SCHRITTE
Prepare all ingredients by dicing onion, zucchini, and tofu into cubes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté onion and zucchini.
Add the seasoning (doenjang, gochujang, garlic, sugar) and stir-fry briefly.
Pour in water, then add tofu and canned tuna.
Simmer until the stew thickens and the flavors meld together.
