- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Make a vertical cut in the cod roe and extract the contents.
Cut the tsuki konnyaku into bite-sized pieces and julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté the tsuki konnyaku over medium-low heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the cod roe and ginger, stir to combine, then add the seasonings. Simmer until the liquid evaporates.
