- 100g broth
Sauce Ingredients
- 20g gochujang
- 20g ketchup
- 20g oligosaccharide
- 10g minced garlic
- 🍅 100g tomato
- 🍎 20g apple
- 🧈 10g butter
SCHRITTE
Soak the tteokbokki rice cakes in hot water.
Dice the tomato and apple into small chunks.
Mix gochujang, ketchup, oligosaccharide, and minced garlic evenly.
Melt butter in a pot, then add diced tomato, apple, and the prepared sauce. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the soaked rice cakes, chopped vegetables, fish cake, and broth to the pot. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add green onion and simmer briefly before serving.
