- 🥚 2 eggs
 - 🧂 2 pinches of salt
 - 100g chives
 - 🍅 1 tomato
 - 2 tbsp sesame oil
 
SCHRITTE
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add 2 pinches of salt, and whisk well.
Heat a frying pan with oil, pour in the eggs, and stir with chopsticks to create scrambled eggs.
While the eggs are cooking, chop the tomato and chives into bite-sized pieces.
Add the chopped tomato and chives to the frying pan with the scrambled eggs. Add 2 tbsp of sesame oil and stir-fry well.
