    • 1 block tofu
    • 🧅 2 onions

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tsp dashida
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp perilla oil
    • A sprinkle of black pepper

Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, fish sauce, soy sauce, corn syrup, dashida, minced garlic, perilla oil, and black pepper to make the seasoning sauce.

Slice the potatoes into round slices.

Cut the tofu into thick slices.

Slice the onions thinly.

Mash the spam in a plastic bag.

Layer sliced onions at the bottom of a pot.

Add the sliced potatoes on top of the onions.

Place the tofu slices on top of the potatoes.

Slice the green onion and place it on top of the tofu.

Pour the prepared seasoning sauce over the layers.

Add the mashed spam on top of the sauce.

Cover the pot and cook until the potatoes are tender.

Simmer for about 20 minutes until the stew thickens.
