    • 1/2 block tofu
    • 1 tbsp frying or pancake mix
    • 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
  • Seasonings

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Drain the tofu and mash it with your hands.
