- 🥡 1/2 block soft tofu
- 🥬 2 handfuls salad greens
Perilla Dressing
- 2 tbsp perilla powder
- 🌰 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧂 to taste salt
- to taste pepper
SCHRITTE
Cut the tofu into 1cm cubes. Use soft tofu for better texture.
Prepare the salad greens by cutting them into bite-sized pieces and soaking them in cold water. Drain well.
Mix all the perilla dressing ingredients together until well combined.
Arrange the prepared greens on a plate and place the tofu cubes on top.
Drizzle the perilla dressing over the salad and serve.
