    • 4-5 pepperoncino
  • Other Ingredients

    • 🥚 1 egg
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • Adequate amount of cooking oil
    • 1 pack tofu noodles
    • Adequate amount of crushed garlic or peanuts
  • Pad Thai Sauce

    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp anchovy sauce
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide

SCHRITTE

Slice chicken breast into strips and marinate with cooking wine, pepper, and a pinch of salt.

Defrost shrimp in cold water and marinate with cooking wine and pepper.

Thinly slice 1/4 onion and chop chives into appropriate lengths.

Mix oyster sauce, anchovy sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, and oligosaccharide to make the Pad Thai sauce.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic to create garlic oil.

Add marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry until the pink color disappears.

Add onion and pepperoncino, stir-frying until onion becomes translucent.

Add shrimp and cook until they turn orange.

Push ingredients to one side of the pan, crack an egg on the other side, and scramble quickly.

Combine scrambled egg with other ingredients, then add tofu noodles and Pad Thai sauce.

Add bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly until slightly softened.

Add chives and stir-fry on low heat for about 1 minute.
