ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🍢 320g tofu
- 1 chili pepper
- 1/2 cup starch
- Adequate cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp rice syrup
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 🧅 3 tbsp minced green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 Pinch of fine salt
- Pinch of pepper
SCHRITTE
Cut the tofu into rectangular pieces.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the tofu and marinate for 20 minutes.
Mince the chili pepper and green onion.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, rice syrup, mirin, and water to create the seasoning sauce.
Pat the tofu dry and coat it with starch. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown.
In a wok, heat cooking oil and stir-fry minced garlic, green onion, and ginger until aromatic.
Pour the seasoning sauce into the wok and bring it to a boil. Add the tofu and chili pepper, then mix well.
When the sauce reduces, add sesame oil and sesame seeds, then mix well.
Plate the dish and serve.
