ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🥘 1/2 block tofu
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 7 tbsp water
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
SCHRITTE
Cut 1/2 block of tofu into bite-sized cubes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, ketchup, corn syrup, sugar, water, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Place tofu cubes and cornstarch in a plastic bag and shake to coat evenly.
Pan-fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy.
In a separate pan, heat the sauce until it starts to boil.
Add the fried tofu to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped nuts before serving.
