Essential Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 🍖 1 cup ground pork
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 💧 1.5 cups water
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 🍬 1/4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
SCHRITTE
Slice the green onion and chili pepper thinly, and chop the onion finely.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add ground pork and water, then bring to a boil.
Add the seasoning ingredients and stir well while boiling.
Add tofu, chili pepper, green onion, and chopped onion to the pot, then simmer until fully cooked.
