ZUTATEN
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, finely chopped
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, finely chopped
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion, finely chopped
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 1/2 block of tofu, mashed
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp starch
SCHRITTE
Finely chop all vegetables including onion, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and green onion.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk them thoroughly.
Add 1 tbsp of flour and 1 tbsp of starch to the eggs and mix well.
Add the chopped vegetables and mashed tofu into the egg mixture.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat.
Scoop 1 tbsp of the mixture and shape it into a round pancake on the pan.
Cook until the edges are crispy and golden, then flip and cook the other side.
