ZUTATEN
- Staple - 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
 
- Protein - 🐖 200g pork slices
 
- Vegetables - 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, shredded
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 
- Seasoning - Cornstarch, as needed
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 
SCHRITTE
Shred the cabbage into thin slices.
Place pork slices in a bowl and coat lightly with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork.
Once the pork changes color, add sake, mirin, mayonnaise, and soy sauce. Stir and coat evenly.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with shredded cabbage, pork mixture, and garnish with chopped green onion.
