- Vegetables - 🥒 1 cucumber, sliced
- 🥕 1 carrot, julienned
- 🥬 1 cup shredded cabbage
 
- Seafood - 🍤 100g cooked shrimp
 
- Nuts - 🌰 2 tbsp crushed nuts
 
- Sauce - 🥜 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
 
SCHRITTE
Combine peanut butter, chili oil, doubanjiang, gochujang, and oyster sauce in a bowl.
Add water gradually to the sauce mixture and stir until smooth.
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water.
Toss the noodles with the prepared sauce until evenly coated.
Plate the shredded cabbage as a base, then add the sauced noodles on top.
Top with cucumber slices, julienned carrots, cooked shrimp, and crushed nuts.
