Takoyaki-style Tofu

    • 🧈 300g firm tofu
    • 🌾 3-4 tbsp flour
    • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • Condiments

    • Adequate amount of Worcestershire sauce
    • Adequate amount of mayonnaise
    • Adequate amount of bonito flakes

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces. Remove excess moisture by microwaving or wrapping in kitchen towels for 2 hours.

Sprinkle flour evenly over the tofu pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on all sides.

Turn off the heat and add Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise to the pan. Mix well.

Transfer the tofu to a plate and sprinkle bonito flakes on top.
