Main Ingredients
- 🎃 1 whole sweet pumpkin
- 🐖 200g pork
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1/2 green onion, sliced
- 🧀 1 cup pizza cheese
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of pepper
SCHRITTE
Cut the top of the sweet pumpkin and scoop out the insides. Microwave for 2–3 minutes to soften before cutting.
Slice the onion and cut the green onion diagonally.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce. Combine the pork and vegetables with the sauce.
Heat a pan with oil and stir-fry the seasoned pork and vegetables until cooked.
Fill the hollowed pumpkin with the stir-fried pork mixture, top with pizza cheese, and microwave for 3–5 minutes.
