- 🧅 1 stalk green onion

- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🌾 Sprinkle sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Rinse the bellflower root thoroughly and remove excess water. If you dislike bitterness, rub with 1 tbsp coarse salt, rinse, and remove water.
Mix all the seasonings together and chop the green onion finely.
Wear disposable gloves and gently mix the bellflower root with the seasoning until well coated.
