- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 3 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp minced ginger
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
- A drizzle of sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Prepare 1kg of pork shoulder and adjust seasoning quantities if using less meat.
Thinly slice the onion and cut the green onion diagonally.
Mix sugar, soy sauce, chili powder, gochujang, plum extract, minced garlic, minced ginger, pepper, sesame seeds, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
Combine the pork with the marinade and mix thoroughly.
Cover the marinated pork and refrigerate for a short period to enhance flavor.
Cook the pork in a preheated pan over medium heat to prevent burning.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and adjust the heat as needed.
Once the onion is nearly cooked, add the green onion and stir-fry briefly.
Serve the stir-fried pork hot and enjoy.
