ZUTATEN

- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Condiments
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 0.5 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder
Oils and Garnishes
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- a dash of sesame oil
- a dash of sesame seeds
Liquids
- 💧 1/3 cup water
SCHRITTE
Prepare all ingredients by slicing zucchini into thick, ginkgo-leaf shapes and onion into similar-sized pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add zucchini to the pan and lightly stir-fry to coat with oil. Then add 1/3 cup of water and cover the pan to steam for 3 minutes.
Add sliced onion to the pan and stir to combine.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, plum syrup, and chili powder. Stir-fry for 3 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Finish with a dash of sesame oil and sesame seeds before serving.
