- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🦐 1 tbsp fermented shrimp
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Wash the zucchini and slice it into half-moons about 0.5 cm thick.
Thinly slice the onion and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over high heat and add the zucchini and onion.
Add fermented shrimp and minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry until the zucchini is tender but still crisp.
Spread the stir-fried zucchini on a wide plate or tray to cool and maintain its green color.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
