- 🥬 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 2 green chilies
- 2 red chilies
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 🥕 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 🧅 2 scallions, chopped

- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧂 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
SCHRITTE
Clean and cut the squid into bite-sized pieces, leaving the skin intact.
Chop cabbage, onion, carrot, green chilies, and red chilies into large pieces.
Heat a pan and add chopped scallions.
Once scallions soften, add 3 tbsp cooking oil.
When scallions turn golden, add the squid pieces.
Add 2 tbsp sugar to the pan for a slightly sweet flavor.
Pour in 5 tbsp soy sauce and stir well.
Add 1 tbsp gochujang and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle 3 tbsp chili powder and stir until combined.
Add 1/2 cup water to prevent the sauce from burning.
Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
Finish with 1 tbsp sesame oil for a nutty aroma.
