- 1/2 bitter melon, 125g
- 1 red bell pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Remove seeds and pith from the bitter melon and slice into 5mm pieces. Cut the red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add squid and stir-fry until the color changes. Add bitter melon and red bell pepper, stir-frying for about 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and black pepper) and stir-fry quickly to combine.
