    • 🥩 400g thinly sliced pork belly
  • Vegetables

    • 300g bean sprouts
    • 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
    • 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
    • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • Seasoning

    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 4 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • A pinch of sesame seeds

Prepare all ingredients: chop green onion, green chili, and enoki mushrooms. Wash and drain bean sprouts.

Heat a wok or deep frying pan over medium heat. Add pork belly, minced garlic, and black pepper. Stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked.

Add bean sprouts to the cooked pork and pour in oyster sauce. Stir-fry on high heat for about 30 seconds.

Add enoki mushrooms, green onion, and green chili. Stir-fry for another 10 seconds.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
