- 🍄 200g oyster mushrooms
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
 - 2 tbsp perilla powder
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
 
SCHRITTE
Cut the oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and rinse them quickly under running water.
Heat oil in a pan and add the drained mushrooms.
Stir-fry the mushrooms and optionally add other chopped vegetables for extra flavor.
Add sliced onion and stir-fry until slightly softened. Season with salt and pepper, then add perilla powder.
Once the mushrooms are cooked, add chopped green onion for color and freshness.
