- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, sliced
- 🧅 1/8 onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 2/3 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

- 3 tbsp cooking oil
SCHRITTE
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over high heat and stir-fry the zucchini and onion.
Add the oyster mushrooms to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Mix in 1/2 tbsp minced garlic and 2/3 tsp salt, then stir well.
Sprinkle 2/3 tbsp perilla seed powder and mix thoroughly before serving.
