SCHRITTE
Cut the red and yellow bell peppers into quarters lengthwise, then slice each piece into thirds crosswise.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel, and stir-fry briefly to break it apart.
Add the bell peppers and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add ponzu sauce and black pepper, then stir to combine.
