- 1 cup golbaengi (sea snails)
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 5 perilla leaves, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Heat a frying pan with sesame oil and black pepper powder.
Cut the golbaengi into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pan.
Add a small amount of golbaengi broth to the pan and let it reduce. Then add minced garlic and stir-fry.
When the golbaengi is cooked, add sliced onion and stir-fry.
Add sliced perilla leaves and stir-fry briefly.
Finally, add sliced green chilies and stir-fry for a spicy kick.
