Main Ingredients
- 3 sheets fish cake
- 🍄 100g oyster mushrooms
Seasoning Sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Scallion Oil
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
SCHRITTE
Mix all seasoning sauce ingredients until sugar dissolves completely.
Tear the oyster mushrooms into smaller pieces and cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
Heat cooking oil and chopped green onion over medium-low heat until the scallion turns golden.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute.
Add the fish cake and stir-fry for another 30 seconds, then pour in the seasoning sauce.
Stir-fry until the sauce is almost evaporated, leaving a glossy coating on the ingredients.
