Main Ingredients
- 200g dried filefish
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Cut the dried filefish into preferred shapes using scissors.
Mix soy sauce, red chili powder, minced garlic, mirin, water, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Toast the cut dried filefish in a dry pan until golden and crispy.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and let it simmer slightly.
Add the toasted dried filefish to the pan and stir-fry until well coated.
Add mayonnaise, rice syrup, and sesame oil to the pan and mix well.
Serve the stir-fried dried filefish as a side dish or snack.
