ZUTATEN
- Protein - 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
 
- Vegetables - 🥬 1/6 head (200g) cabbage
 
- Condiments - 100g kimchi
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Seasonings - 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
 
SCHRITTE
Cut the cabbage into 2cm squares.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry until slightly wilted, then add the kimchi and stir-fry.
Add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir quickly to combine.
