- 1/2 bitter melon (125g), sliced

- 1 can mackerel (190g), drained

- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce

- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
SCHRITTE
Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith with a spoon, and slice thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the mackerel, and stir-fry briefly to break it apart.
Add the sliced bitter melon and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add ponzu sauce and black pepper, then stir to combine evenly.
